This policy explains what information we collect when you use pebble.pk or join our waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect the email address you give us. We also receive basic technical and aggregate usage information, such as page views, device type, and general location. Our analytics runs with analytics and advertising storage denied, so it does not set analytics or advertising cookies or create advertising profiles. We don’t ask for financial or identity documents on this website — that only happens later, in-app, when the product is live.
2. How we use it
We use your email to add you to the waitlist, send the free budgeting template, and share honest updates about our progress. We use technical information to keep the site secure and to understand, in aggregate, how it’s used so we can improve it.
3. Sharing
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website, deliver email, keep the service secure, and provide cookieless aggregate analytics, under agreements that limit how they may use it, or where the law requires. If Pebble’s ownership changes, information may transfer as part of that, subject to this policy.
4. Data retention
We keep your waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or until it’s no longer needed for the purposes above. You can opt out of updates at any time using the link in our emails.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop contacting you. To make a request, email us at the address below and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard what you share and to limit who can access it.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Pebble develops and as we move toward launch. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
