Please read these terms carefully. They explain the rules for using the Pebble website while we build toward launch. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Pebble Wealth (Private) Limited ("Pebble", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of pebble.pk and any content or features on it, including our waitlist. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Using this website

You may use this site for your own personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. Please don't misuse it — for example by attempting to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to it, or by using it to break the law.

3. Not financial or tax advice

Everything on this site — including the calculators, articles, and comparisons — is general information to help you learn, not financial, investment, or tax advice. Figures are illustrative and rely on simplified assumptions; gold and other assets can fall as well as rise. Always do your own research and speak to a qualified advisor before making a decision.

4. Waitlist & the free template

Joining the waitlist places no obligation on you, and doesn't create any client, brokerage, or investment relationship — Pebble isn't live yet. The free budgeting template is provided as-is for personal use. We may contact you with updates; you can opt out at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The Pebble name, logo, content, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy, republish, or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pebble is not liable for any loss arising from your use of — or reliance on — this site or its information. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.

8. Changes & contact
